FAMA Bureau / Journal

How we prepare our guides.

The Journal is published under the FAMA Bureau Editorial byline. These guides explain common online reputation, search, privacy and response decisions in plain language.

Sources and accuracy

Where a guide describes a search engine, platform or business-profile process, we link to the provider's official guidance when it materially supports the advice. Policies and interfaces change; readers should check the current official process before submitting a request. We separate source-page changes from search-result changes and label hypothetical examples clearly.

Authorship and limits

FAMA Bureau Editorial is a collective publication byline. It does not imply that a named lawyer, journalist or other credentialed specialist reviewed every guide. The content is general information, not legal advice or a promise that a publisher, platform or search engine will act. We do not present illustrations as client outcomes.

Updates and corrections

Each guide displays its update date. If a factual error or an outdated official link is found, we will review the specific page and amend it where warranted. Send the article URL, the disputed sentence and supporting source through our private enquiry route; do not send identity documents or sensitive case files through the initial form.
